About Me

Currently a doctoral candidate in Accounting at HEC Paris, I am on the accounting job market of 2019/2020. I will be available for interviews in the EAA Talent Workshop and the Miami Rookie Camp. I was a visiting Ph.D. student at University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management in the academic year 2018/2019.

My research focuses on auditing, earnings management, corporate disclosure, and financial reporting regulation. I use both archival and analytical research methods. In my job market paper, I study the managers’ disclosure and operation decisions in response to the extended audit report adopted in the United Kingdom.  More information can be found on my research page.

I have been the instructor of accounting business game for master’s students, as well the teaching assistant for various courses at the MBA and executive MBA levels. In addition, I have worked at KPMG and Deloitte as an auditor. I am an ACCA affiliate member in the United Kingdom and a Certified Internal Auditor in the United States.

Prior to entering the Ph.D. program, I received a Master of Research in Economics from Paris School of Economics, a Master of Science in Finance from EDHEC Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Auditing from Nanjing Audit University.

In my downtime, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, visiting museums, and meditation. I hold WSET level 2 Award for Wine.
